Everton officials have confirmed the Club is in negotiations with Spartak Moscow over the potential sale of Diniyar Bilyaletdinov.
The Russian international joined the Blues from Spartak’s city rivals Lokomotiv in August 2009 and has made 77 appearances for David Moyes« side, scoring nine goals.
